EIF works as a global consortium of individual journalists & experts, non-profit regional investigative and environmental hubs and media representatives. EIF’s presence spans across 86 countries through its hundred individual
members and 6 regional journalism hubs, spread across the Global South and the Global North alike.

Our affiliated members
EIF affiliated members organizations are renowned for their expertise in environmental journalism, investigative journalism – or both. These organizations help us shaping EIF core goals and objectives in order to answer to the challenges
of environmental investigative journalism collaboration on a global scale.
Our advisory board is open to regional non-profits focusing on investigating journalism and/or geo-journalism, as part of our mission is to bridge the gap between these two practices. Applications to join our board needs to be sent
