Léa Kulinowski

Léa Kulinowski is a legal expert specialized in investigative work and the buildup of complex legal cases. She worked with international criminal tribunals, international non-profit organizations and grassroot NGOs across the world for 17 years. She played a key role in the first lawsuit against oil giant TotalEnergies, under the duty of vigilance law in France, for its projects in Uganda. Before that, she built up a case against an ISIS affiliated group in Central Africa, to be filed before the ICC. In Cambodia, she investigated the role played by a French company owned by V. Bolloré in the violations of indigenous people’s right.
